Ames picks up here second straight SC player of the week award

Senior middle hitter Ashley Ames (Dexter, ME) was named Sunrise Conference Women's Volleyball Player of the Week for the second straight week Tuesday in the weekly report by the conference.

Ashley Ames (Sr., Middle Hitter, University of Maine at Fort Kent)

Ashley wins the award for the second straight week after a solid performance in two matches against St. Thomas University (Canada).  The senior from Dexter, Maine collected 14 kills, nine digs, one ace and one block in those two matches.
